Due to the perishable and consumable nature of food products, Trusteat generally does not accept returns once the product has been delivered.
However, returns or replacements may be considered under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged
- Incorrect product delivered
- Product packaging is tampered
Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof.
Replacement Process
After verification:
- A replacement product may be sent, or
- A refund may be issued to the original payment method.
The decision will depend on the nature of the issue and product availability.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method.
Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising from shipping, returns, or transactions will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.
